Project Axon is an independent social and community platform where users can connect, communicate, share experiences, create content, and participate in discussions.

Topics discussed on Project Axon may include fitness, wellness, health, peptides, scientific research, medications, supplements, performance, and related subjects.

Project Axon provides the platform for these conversations. We do not automatically endorse, verify, or agree with content posted by users.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Project Axon account.

Certain content, communities, or features may be restricted to users who are 18 or older when appropriate or required by law.

You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person or organization.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Protecting your password and login information
• Activity occurring through your account
• Keeping your account information reasonably accurate
• Informing Project Axon of suspected unauthorized access

You may not sell, transfer, or misuse your Project Axon account.

Project Axon allows users to create and share content, which may include:

• Posts
• Comments
• Photos
• Videos
• Messages
• Profile information
• Reviews
• Reactions
• Links
• Community discussions

You retain ownership of content you create.

By posting content to Project Axon, you grant Project Axon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, secure, and provide Project Axon.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal obligations, enforcement, or content that has been shared or incorporated into other users' content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post the content you upload.

Project Axon permits legitimate discussion of health, wellness, fitness, peptides, medications, supplements, scientific research, personal experiences, and related subjects, subject to our Community Guidelines.

Users may discuss experiences and research.

However, user-generated content is not automatically medical advice or verified medical information.

Project Axon does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, establish treatment plans, or replace licensed healthcare professionals.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

Project Axon is intended for community, discussion and information, not as an illegal or unauthorized drug marketplace.

Users may not use Project Axon to facilitate transactions prohibited by applicable law.

Project Axon may restrict or remove content involving:

• Illegal drug sales
• Unauthorized prescription-drug sales
• Prohibited peptide transactions
• Illegal sourcing or distribution
• Fraudulent pharmacies or sellers
• Counterfeit substances
• Instructions intended to evade applicable drug laws
• Transactions involving controlled substances when prohibited by law

Educational discussion about a substance does not automatically violate these Terms.

Context matters, and Project Axon may consider the purpose and nature of content when determining whether it violates our rules.

Users may share personal experiences and opinions, but they should not deliberately present unsupported claims as established medical fact.

Project Axon may restrict content that creates a serious risk of physical harm through materially false or dangerously misleading medical information.

Statements such as "This was my personal experience" are fundamentally different from guaranteeing "This will cure your condition."

Project Axon reserves the right to provide warnings, reduce distribution, request clarification, restrict content, or remove content when necessary to protect users.

You may not use Project Axon to:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Threaten or seriously harass others
• Exploit minors
• Distribute child sexual abuse material
• Promote terrorism or violent extremism
• Commit fraud or scams
• Intentionally distribute malicious software
• Impersonate another person deceptively
• Publish another person's highly sensitive private information without authorization
• Spam users
• Manipulate Platform systems
• Circumvent enforcement actions
• Coordinate prohibited transactions
• Violate another person's intellectual-property rights

Project Axon may moderate content to protect users and enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Add warnings
• Limit distribution
• Remove content
• Restrict features
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts

Not every violation will result in immediate account termination.

Severity, context, history, intent, and potential harm may be considered.

Project Axon may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with:

• Spam detection
• Scam detection
• Harassment detection
• Content classification
• Safety enforcement
• Identifying potentially dangerous content
• Detecting prohibited transactions
• Reviewing reports

Automated systems can make mistakes.

Where appropriate, content may receive additional review, and Project Axon may provide mechanisms for users to report incorrect moderation decisions.

AI moderation does not mean that Project Axon approves, verifies, or medically validates content that remains available.

Users may be provided tools to report content, accounts, messages, or behavior that potentially violates Project Axon's rules.

Users may also be provided tools to block or otherwise limit interactions with other users.

Abuse of reporting systems, including intentionally submitting fraudulent reports, may itself violate these Terms.

Project Axon may work with businesses, organizations, creators, researchers, healthcare-related organizations, or other partners.

A partnership does not automatically constitute Project Axon's endorsement of every statement, service, or product offered by a partner.

Sponsored relationships will be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Partners are responsible for complying with laws and Project Axon's applicable rules.

Users and Project Axon may provide links to third-party websites or services.

Project Axon does not control those independent services and is not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices, security, or availability.

Following a third-party link is at the user's discretion.

Project Axon is independently operated.

Unless Project Axon expressly announces an official relationship, Project Axon is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Snap Inc., Google, YouTube, Apple, or other third-party social-media or technology platforms.

References to third-party company, product, or service names are for identification purposes and do not imply endorsement.

Each third-party platform maintains its own terms, policies, community standards, and privacy practices.

The Project Axon name, branding, logos, interface designs, original graphics, software, and other proprietary materials belonging to Project Axon may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Project Axon's intellectual property to users.

Project Axon respects intellectual-property rights.

Users who believe their copyrighted work has been improperly posted may submit a copyright complaint through our designated contact process.

We may remove infringing content and take action against repeat infringers when appropriate.

Project Axon may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or create significant risks to Project Axon or its users.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

Users may also choose to delete their accounts.

We work to keep Project Axon available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Features may be changed, added, suspended, or discontinued as Project Axon develops.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Axon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every user statement is accurate
• Every research claim is correct
• Every user is who they claim to be
• Every third-party link is safe
• The service will always operate without interruption
• Moderation systems will identify every violation

Users are responsible for evaluating information before relying upon it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project Axon and its owners, operators, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of Project Axon.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Project Axon may update these Terms as the service grows, features change, or legal requirements change.

Material changes may be communicated through Project Axon, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
